One
week programs include: Welcome and goal setting 1.5
hours first day, 6 customized 1-hour workouts, 6 customized
1-hour massages, goodbye with goals and take-home program 1.5
hours last day, 6 customized 30-minute special modalities sessions
of your choice. One week gym membership, personal coaching,
personal training, special modalities, and accommodations included.
Two week programs include : Welcome and goal
setting 1.5 hours first day, 12 customized 1-hour workouts,
12 customized 1-hour massages, 12 customized 30-minute special
modalities of your choice. Goodbye and take-home program 1.5
hours last day. Two week gym membership, personal coaching,
personal training, special modalities, and accommodations included.
Two week programs also include 3 months of once per week 30-minute
personal fitness and goal coaching alternating between phone
and email.

Personal Training – 60 minute
Massage Therapy: Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage, Deep Tissue, Deep
Relaxation – 60 minute
Hot Rock Treatment – add on 30 minute to massage.
